INGENIO is a joint research institute between the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). It is located on the main UPV campus, which means that the Institute’s staff have access to all the services offered by the University: libraries, databases, e-Reviews, among others. We also offer a wide range of services, including an on-campus medical service, the UPV Student House, accommodation, and sports facilities.

In addition, while working at INGENIO, you will have access to the online resources provided by the CSIC —including its library—, support in preparing research proposals for Spanish and European funding, and access to a variety of training courses.

The CSIC, Spain’s largest research organization, supports research and training across a wide range of knowledge areas. This covers everything from the fundamental aspects of science to the most complex technological developments — from the humanities and social sciences to agri-food research and technology, including biology, biomedicine, physics, chemistry and materials, agricultural science, and natural resources.
