Nicky Wunderlich, MA has been working at the Deep Transitions Lab (DTL) since 2022. She holds an academic background in Gender Studies and Musicology.
In her role as Project Coordinator, Nicky supports the strategic and operational functioning of the Deep Transitions Lab. Her responsibilities span project coordination, stakeholder engagement and financial administration.
At DTL, she coordinates core programme activities and strategic partnerships, organises high-impact events such as Global Engagement Weeks and international partner meetings. She serves as a central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders and facilitates effective collaboration with international partners. In addition, Nicky coordinates the student engagement component of the DTL Learning Programme, provides project support for the CO_experiment with investors in Mexico, assists the Deputy Director with research activities, and contributes to the Lab’s communication processes.
Prior to joining the Deep Transitions Lab, Nicky worked as a Student Assistant in the BA Gender Studies programme at Utrecht University, where she supported course coordination and student engagement. She also worked remotely as a Research Assistant at the University of British Columbia (Canada), supporting PhD research through interview transcription and qualitative data coding.
