PhD in Local Development from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). Bachelor's degree in Industrial Administration (University of Cartagena, Colombia) and Master's degree in Innovation Management (Bolívar Technological University, Colombia). My current research experience and interests focus on the field of applications of Discrete Multi-Criteria Decision-Making techniques in combination with Stakeholder Analysis applied to engineering, project management, indicator design, strategic planning, and social sciences. My work focuses on analysing the relationships between actors involved in a specific problem and decisions in complex environments that involve multiple criteria and actors.
